The Committee on LGBT History meets annually in conjunction with the American Historical Association (AHA) annual meeting. At the annual meeting, the Committee cosponsors sessions approved by the AHA Program Committee and sponsors sessions of its own. If you are interested in presenting your work at the AHA annual meeting in 2012, please contact Committee chair Ian Lekus at lekus@fas.harvard.edu.
The Committee encourages scholars to submit panels to the AHA Program Committee (for inclusion on the AHA/CLGBTH program) and asks scholars who do so to inform the Committee so that co-sponsorship can be arranged. The Committee also considers panel proposals not submitted to the AHA Program Committee for inclusion on the CLGBTH program. One need not be a member of the AHA to attend CLGBTH sessions.
